TED 2010

For the 2010 TED Conference, we wanted to move away from the typographic and vector graphic animations we had done in previous years. The 2010 titles are iconographic and photographic, exploring the idea of a room full of luminaries and world-changing ideas. We used real photography and video footage of lightboxes, but use these as textures for CG lights in order to choreograph the position and animation.
